Self-Contained Studio Apartment

Step into a blend of history and comfort in this charming heritage studio, featuring original architectural character and modern essentials. The space is fully equipped for a seamless stay, offering beautiful balconies, a functional kitchenette, refrigerator, and crisp AC for your comfort. Enjoy the privacy of an ensuite bathroom complete with a dedicated geyser for refreshing, hot showers at any time.

Experience timeless charm in this spacious 2 BHK heritage apartment, featuring private balconies and a shared living area rich with historic character. The space is designed for convenience, offering a functional kitchenette, refrigerator, and AC to ensure a comfortable, modern stay. Both bedrooms feature ensuite bathrooms equipped with dedicated geysers, providing total privacy and hot water on demand.

Accommodation: Family friendly 2bhk suite, heritage studio apartments

Amenities: Air conditioning, free Wi-Fi, television (flat-screen), and wardrobe.

Kitchen/Dining: Some units feature a fully equipped kitchen or kitchenette with a refrigerator and electric kettle.

Outdoor & Nature: A large garden, farm, and green canopy with on-site animals.

Location: 2-minute walk (approx. 100-200m) to Candolim beach.

Services: Pet-friendly, free parking and a very friendly, family-run atmosphere.

All Pets Are Welcome!
At Quinta Margarida, we are a family of animal lovers. To ensure the comfort of all our guests (human and four-legged), please note:

  • Pet Fee: A non-refundable fee of ₹500.00 per stay applies.

  • Weight Limit: We welcome pets up to a maximum weight of 30.0 kg.

  • Our Animal Family: Please remember we have resident horses, cats, and dogs. We ask that your pets are comfortable in a farm environment.

Complimentary On-Site Parking
Step inside our secure gated compound and leave the bustle of Candolim behind. We provide free, safe parking for all our guests.

  • Convenience: Enjoy easy, complimentary access to on-site parking throughout your stay.

  • Walkable Location: Once parked, the beach is just a 1-minute walk away, meaning you can leave the car behind and explore on foot.

  • Safe Haven: Our compound offers a peaceful retreat for your vehicle, sheltered from the busy streets outside.

📅 Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change. To help us maintain our small, family-run farm, we observe the following:

  • Full Refund: Cancel at least 30 days before your check-in date.

  • Partial Refund (50%): Cancel between 7 and 30 days before check-in.

  • Non-Refundable: Cancellations made less than 7 days before arrival are non-refundable.
